Xbox 360 Favorite Games

Tuesday, December 8th, 2009

Playing xbox 360 is one of my favorite things to do. Playing games online vs other opponents across the world can be a blast at times. I started out playing racing games like super cars and jetsons. It was really fun. It forced my how to learn and get familiar with the Xbox 360 controller. At first it felt awkward but after a few hours it was not much of a problem at all. Now I really like games that appear to be more realistic. When I switched over to Mx vs atv untamned I was really impressed. It really felt like I was in a race. Countless hours of fun action pack playing was great.

Racing games are also a great passion of mine. MX vs atv franchise has made several great off road racing games over the years. Nothing funer then talking out your buddy in a corner or smashing him into the wall on the last lap. Later in December they have announced release of a new version called Reflex. I think this game will me a smash hit. Will a all new game engine and terrain that breaks down on each lap racing will never get boring. I hope they have downloadable content. This will increase game life and overall fun for the game. New tracks, riders, and bike options would be great. I have seen video on youtube already and it looks really great. I wish you got paid to play xbox. Some lucky people work for game makers. It’s like getting free money for college. Get paid for having fun. It’s a win win!!!

Enjoying Your Favorite Films Online

Friday, October 9th, 2009

I remember 5 or even 2 years ago it was fairly problematic to watch movies on the web. This was the time when sites such as Napster were getting sued for allowing individuals to share their hard drives with the world on a peer to peer network. Thus, allowing people in other countries and states to play and swap music that was not already on on their own drives. Understandably, the record companies did not find this practice to be beneficial or above the law so they stopped the service. Well, this same concept of checking people from sharing their films online was also stopped.

The problem was that film and music companies were not getting their share of the money. They were unable to come to the table and get their piece of the pie. Finally It seems that some very innovative companies have figured out a way to make the record and film companies happy and also line their pockets with money. Companies like Netflix, iTunes and Amazon.com are now leading the way in download films legally. Both services charge a fee for individuals to download either a movie, music or a TV episode. A portion of that money goes to the company that owns the film or show. But a portion of the money goes to the distributing company.

These services have been a glorious achievement for those people who want to see a movie the day it comes out for rental or for retail sale, but don’t want to go to the local Walmart to buy the DVD. They have made it simple to just buy the movie online, save it on your local computer and watch it whenever you desire. This makes it easy to watch the movie online on a computer, on a ipod or import it to a device like a xbox 360 and watch it on a TV.

But let’s say that you don’t want to buy the movie. Say you want to keep things legal and clean but you just want to watch it once, you want to watch movies on the internet. Well it isn’t quite free, but it is remarkably inexpensive.

Perhaps you think the movie in question is not worthy of a full purchase price. Well, Netflix, iTunes and Amazon still have you covered. You can rent the movie and then you will have a month to watch the movie once within a 24 hour period once you start watching the movie. This is more than enough time to watch the movie a number of times.

Or you can subscribe for very small monthly fee and watch all the movies your heart desires.

With the way technology is going these days it is just easier than ever to watch movies online without all the hassle.

How to Backup Xbox Games

Thursday, July 2nd, 2009
Many Xbox 360 owners need to be ready to copy there games as a form of security. Now imagine if a new game became scratched after only a few tries. It seemed to be a game that you really enjoyed and had paid $50 to buy it. If you understand the way to copy Xbox 360 games then you’ve got a back up, if something does go incorrect or it becomes lost or scratched then you’ve got the security of having a same as new backup copy to use and you haven’t lost your investment

Playing computer games does scale back their life over time. Though you may not realize it, every time you play, it is getting a touch used and worn a little. More frequently, gaming disks can be damaged by getting dropped or scratched. Damages like these can mostly never be fixed and is why you need to backup them up. Scratches also regularly happen due to faulty hardware or mishandled use. Game systems add wear to the disk every time you play it. By duplicating them and making backups, you can never have to buy the same video game again.

In order to make a back up copy of your Xbox or Xbox 360 game you’ll need special softeare as standard software that you mighr use to repeat CDs or DVDs will not work due to the security codes built in to the computer games discs. There are a few different companies that have produced software programs specifically for making backups of Xbox and Xbox 360 games. Once you install one of these programs, your PC is in a position to get past the protections on the disc and duplicating xbox games becomes awfully simple. You can read a full review on different sofware that answers the question of best way to copy Xbox dvd

Once you have installed the software on your computer you will be burning Xbox 360 games in just a couple of mins. After the software has been installed you must load your original Xbox game into your PC’s disc drive and start the copying process. The software will read the files from your Nintendo game and store the image on your PCs drive including the “unreadable” security files which are stored as an image. It then writes all of this data back to a new blank disk which will be recived by your Xbox console as an original that is very unlikely to tell it has been copied.

Please understand that we aren’t not writing this to encourage people to try and make illegal copies of Xbox games! Our goal is to explain a way to explain that you can make backup copies of the games that you own. This is totally legal, and it gives you a method to make sure you have a copy in case something happens to the original.
